James Zeta claims that he can help you lose 18 pounds in 4 days. In fact, he says that the weight loss you can expect is 17-19 so 18 is an average of sorts. If this is true than this is indeed a very fast weight loss. In fact, it would be downright incredible. I have to admit that I’m a bit skeptic.

How Does the 18 Pounds in 4 Days Program Work
This is a low-calorie restrictive diet which is mainly centered around eggs, vegetables, and a little fruit. You will not get to eat much on this diet, but as it’s only for 4 days, this isn’t that horrible. You just need to be ready for this calorie restriction. It may get a bit rough.
You get a complete 4 day meal plan which specifies, in detail, what you should eat. There is no need of any special foods or anything of the sort. In addition, exercising during the 4 days isn’t recommended.
The lack of exercising is likely due to the severe calorie restriction of the diet. It may even get a bit risky to try to train when you eat so little.
The 2nd part of the program includes tips to help you maintain your weight loss after the 4 days of dieting are over. By that time, you should be 18 pounds lighter, according to Mr. Zeta. Exercising after the 4 days are over is recommended to maintain your weight. You will also need to find a new eating routine as it’s not possible to keep going at such a low calorie intake for long without suffering from various health issues.

This isn’t a diet I recommend. James Zeta makes promises which are impossible to keep and hard to believe. To lose 18 pounds in 4 days isn’t something that everyone can achieve, and it requires very drastic measures. I recommend giving yourself 2 weeks to lose 10 pounds, so the kind of weight loss this plan is offering is very extreme.
I believe that there are other, more sensible and balanced, diet plans which can work better, especially in the long run.
You need to remember that your goal is not merely to lose weight. Your goal is to do it in a sustainable way and in a healthy manner. There’s no point in doing anything extreme which may damage your health. You want to be able to actually enjoy your leaner body.
In addition, you want to be able to stay at a reduced weight for years. You don’t want to regain it. It seems to me that doing such an extreme diet makes it harder for you to keep the weight off. You need to make a real lifestyle change. Only this will help you to keep off the weight.
For these reasons I don’t favor the 18 Lbs in 4 Days program. It is too harsh in my mind and I don’t believe it is good for long-term results.
