18 Pounds in 4 Days Review

18 pounds in 4 days is a diet program created by James Zeta, a former overweight person who claims to have discovered a unique way to combine different food items to produce an ultra fast weight loss.

James Zeta claims that he can help you lose 18 pounds in 4 days. In fact, he says that the weight loss you can expect is 17–19 so 18 is an average of sorts.

Are his claims real? Read this review to find out the truth…

How Does the 18 Pounds in 4 Days Program Work

This is a low calorie restrictive diet which is mainly centered around eggs, vegetables, and a little fruit. You will not get to eat much on this diet, but as it’s only for 4 days, this isn’t that horrible.

You get a complete 4 day meal plan which specifies, in detail, what you should eat. There is no need of any special foods or anything of the sort. In addition, exercising during the 4 days isn’t recommended.

The 2nd part of the program includes tips to help you maintain your weight loss after the 4 days of dieting are over. By that time, you should be 18 pounds lighter. Exercising after the 4 days is recommended to maintain your weight.

18 Lbs in 4 Days Pros and Cons

Pros:

  • Includes a detailed eating plan
  • provides information to maintain your weight

Cons:

  • An ultra low calorie diet which may cause your metabolism to slow
  • Too fast a weight loss for it to be healthy
  • You may experience fatigue, dizziness, weakness, and irritability
  • Likely to produce only short term weight loss
  • You will likely lose mostly water weight and not fat

In Conclusion

This isn’t a diet I recommend. James Zeta has no known qualifications whatsoever, and he makes promises which are impossible to keep. To lose 18 pounds in 4 days isn’t something that everyone can achieve, and it requires very drastic measures. I recommend giving yourself 2 weeks to lose 10 pounds, so the kind of weight loss this plan is offering is very extreme.

    Hi People,

Please stop asking to get this plan by email. This isn’t something that this site can support as it’s illegal. Either buy James Zeta’s Diet plan or not but don’t try to get it for free from this site. We don’t want to get in trouble with the author.

Yeah, I know I’m not supposed to do that, but I feel ripped off by this thing and I wasn’t able to get my money back, so this would be my personal “up yours” to Zeta. I followed his plan to the max. I only wound up losing HALF of the promised amount (for you retards out there who can’t subtract, that’s only NINE pounds). My lack of results might have something to do with my underactive thyroid, but still…I followed the program and didn’t get the results promised, he didn’t specify beforehand who it would and wouldn’t work for, therefore I’m entitled to my money back. Not so fast. The stipulations on his money-back policy are more complicated than he lets on. You need to GO TO THE GROCERY STORE AND BUY the items on the plan, WHETHER YOU ALREADY HAVE THEM OR NOT. You MUST KEEP the receipy. And you must have a scanner to upload your grocery reciept as proof to him that you followed his plan by buying all the necessary food items, thereby making you qualify for a refund. My problem was (besides my scanner not working), was that the vast majority of ingredients was stuff I ALREADY HAD in my fridge! “So” I asked, “you mean to tell me I have to go to the supermarket and buy MORE of these items I ALREADY HAVE to qualify for a money back guarantee?” “Basically” he replied. So that’s what I did. Unfortunately, that’s the time I found out my scanner didn’t work. I emailed him again asking what to do. He advised me to “snail mail” the receipt to him instead. “But” I answered, “by the time it gets to you, those 10 days will have elapsed thereby rendering me inelegible for the refund”. His attitude was basically “oh well”. In fact, he added insult to injury by recommending I PRIORITY MAIL the receipt to him. For those of you who don’t know, overnight mail costs 15$ AND UP. So even if I get my refund, how much of that money will I ultimately keep after the overnight mail cost? THEN to top the whole thing off with piss, he said there was an unadvertised “top secret plan B” diet plan he has that gets even BETTER more accelerated results than the “18in4″ and it’s best for those who was disappointed with the 1st plan I bought (like me) and he’ll give it to me for ONLY 20 bucks MORE…BUT, because he feels bad for the situation I’m in, out of the kindness of his big heart, he offered to KNOCK OFF THREE WHOLE BUCKS. Wow. Responding to a disappointed customer with an UPSELL. I already paid money for a product that didn’t work for me, how the hell am I supposed to know that the NEW ONE WILL work, even though I was virtually promised the 1st one would work? And if getting a refund with the 2nd one is as difficult as the 1st, then I would REALLY be screwed out of even MORE money! Why doesn’t he sell the “turbo” plan as the main product instead? I don’t know what he has more of: greed or balls.
