    I’m quit curious as to how Josh is expecting to see results if this is a scam? maybe it is, maybe it’s not? so why should I pay MORE $$ if this doesn’t work either?
    you don’t have to be a top nutritionist, big time selling “weightloss” author, or a big time college professor to realize that… if you consume more calories than you burn that extra shit will be stored in and on your body, in theory you can eat all that shit food all you want as long as you burn everything you took in, maybe you can’t find enough time to burn all those calories by exercise. Then stop eating all of those foods that have so many calories, eat healthier foods, look at labels, educate yourselves, proportion you serving sizes, don’t give up! it sounds so difficult sometimes, clearly it is given the circumstances, but if you actually try to eat healthier you’re not only doing it for your appearance, you’ll become a healthier person, less likely to die because of some disease you could’ve prevented. And one more thing, even of your child doesn’t presently have to struggle with obesity, don’t put them on the path but allowing them to eat the foods that you know are bad for you, you wouldn’t let them drink, smoke or do things that could hurt them, so why would you give them food that WILL cause them so struggle, just like you? if no one steps up, we’ll all be rolling through the finish line and eventually kicking the buck too soon.

  9. Interest in learning more about the obesity chemicals. I am weighing in at 185 and should be 120. I eat right exercise a little and have had no results in two months. I never use to have issues with weight and now I just can’t get if off!

  10. I would like to lose about 10 pounds. I have a mid-section that has some small “rolls” and could use some trimming, but I am only about 15 pounds over weight. I am doing some minimal stomach exercises now, but my pants are starting to get tighter. Is this a program that would work for me? Also, I am very much dairy intolerant.
