7 Minute Muscle Reviews

On this webpage I want to review a muscle building and fat burning program called 7 Minute Muscle created by Jon Benson. When I first stumbled upon this program I though it was too good to be true and simply did nothing with it.

Then, it was recommended to me by 2 trainers which I highly respect and whose advice I follow and so I decided that I needed to take a better look at this program and see what it’s really about.

What Is 7 Minute Muscle?




7MinuteMuscle.com is a muscle building and fat reduction program by notable trainer and fitness educator, Jon Benson (I’ll tell you more about him later on).

The entire concept behind this program is that, unlike what many other people tell you, there’s no need to spend hours at the gym in order to get results. In fact, it’s possible to do so in a very short time. Provided that you make optimal use of each second that you spend there.

With 7 Minute Muscle you have 3 levels of weight training workouts to do:

  • 7 Minutes – for beginners
  • 14 minutes – for intermediaries
  • 21 minutes – for top level bodybuilders and athletes

And that’s it. Each workout session shouldn’t take a second more.

You will need to add about 10 minutes for cardio workouts, but again, these are short workout sessions.

However, that doesn’t make them easy. In fact, expect to put a ton of effort into each second of those 7 minutes. You’re going to be working hard. It’s the only way to get optimal results with so little time at the gym.

The reason why 7 Minute Muscle was created in the first place is that Jon Benson, who is quite the body builder himself, grew tired of spending so many hours at the gym.

He began to research if there was another way, and after a long process of learning, trial and error, and careful research, he came up with the 7 Minute Muscle system which allows busy people to get top level results with just a fraction of the time they would have normally spent at the gym otherwise.

Important thing to note about 7 Minute Muscle

Before you rush and start using 7MinuteMuscle I have to make one thing clear:

This program isn’t easy as it may seem. It’s time efficient but it requires you to give your all. And I mean that. You’re going to be working out hard. There’s just no other way to get results in just 7 minutes, or even in 14-21 minutes.

So, if this program appeals to you because you think it’s easy, Don’t Get It. It does require work, but it’s worth it because you’re getting results and a lot more free time along the way. And that is worth a lot.
