The Bodyweight Blueprint For Fat Loss is a fitness plan that uses no fitness equipment whatsoever. It is based entirely on bodyweight exercises and is focused on burning off lots of body fat.
This program was created by Ryan Murdock and Adam Steer, two trainers who specialize in bodyweight training. Now, I’m not referring to doing push ups or squats. Not at all. In fact, I don’t expect you to have done many of the exercises this program shows any time in the past. This may be all knew to you.

How does this Program Work?
The Bodyweight Blueprint For Fat Loss is a 3 month program that’s divided into there phases, each of which lasts for 28 days. The intensity of the exercises increases with each phase as you become fitter and stronger. You don’t need to wait 90 days to see results. You will have fat melting off you (as long as you eat right) in a matter of days and weeks when you follow this program.
Each of the phases comes with its own set of exercise videos. All the routines are shown in high quality clips that you can follow easily with any computer or device that can show video clips. You can download them all.
The workouts themselves use elaborate arrangements of multi-planar bodyweight exercises (this is called Intu-Flow workouts). By multi-planar I mean that the exercises make you move in various directions and not just one. For instance, a push-up is not a multi-planar exercises since you only go up and down. In the Body weight Blueprint For Fat Loss, you do exercises and sequences that make you move up, down, sideways, rotational and so on. It’s a combination of movement and full body strength exercises.

Here’s how the three phases are arranged:
Phase 1 – Metabolize
In this phase you’re introducing your body to the exercises. The purpose of this phase is to induce lean muscle development and fat burning. It does this by combining low intensity and high intensity workout days along with special recovery workouts. This last bit is actually a key part of the program as recovery in the Bodyweight Blueprint is accelerated with special low intensity exercises. There’s a whole section on this in the program’s main manual which is quite interesting.
There are 4 different workout days: Recovery, low, moderate, and high intensity days which are repeated 7 times, although you increase the sophistication of your workouts throughout the 28 days you spend on this phase.
Phase 2 – Stabilize
This phase of the plan (which also lasts for 28 days) uses a lot of static exercises and combos, although there is a more fluid exercise day each week. The focus on this phase is on muscle building as you’re aiming to increase the muscle/fat ratio in your body. This will not only make you look fitter and firmer but also help produce a faster fat loss.
These workouts will also help to build strength in preparation of phase 3 which is the hardest one of the bunch. As in all phases, all the workout routines in the “Stabilize” phase are shown on videos with either Ryan Murdock or Adam Steer showing you how to do all the exercises.
Phase 3 – Revitalize
During phase 3, you focus on strength building by using lactic acid training and exercise. The cycle is once again a 4×7 cycle, meaning that you have 4 different days which you repeat for 7 times throughout this cycle. This is not an easy phase to go through as the workouts are quite challenging so expect to be working hard during these 28 days.
