Burn Fat X 10 Questions and Answers

A few weeks ago I received a review copy of the Burn Fat X 10 Program by Dan Robey and Bill Hebson. They wanted me to write a review of it here on my site. I wrote my opinion of the pros and cons of the program here: Burn Fat X 10 Review.

When it was first made available, the program became a big success in the fitness and fat loss industry. Naturally, as time went by and people became more aware of this program, so did the questions begin to come up about it. On this page I will try to provide answers to some of the important questions about Burn Fat X 10. I hope that you will find these answers useful and helpful. I am sure that you will know whether this program is really right for you or not by reading these questions and answers.

Burn Fat X 10 FAQ

Question: Is this program right for men and women both?

Answer: This program is right for both genders. In fact, the program includes separate parts for workouts for men and workouts for women so you can easily find the right exercise routine for you.

Question: I’m out of shape, will I be able to do the workouts?

Answer: There’s no denying that you will need to make a real effort with this program in order to succeed with it. The workouts are intense and challenging but you can begin with lower resistance than some people may be able to work with and build up your stamina. Being out of shape is no excuse not to exercise. It is the reason to get started right away.

Question: How much time do I need to spend working out each week, I’m kinda busy?

Answer: Each workout in the Burn Fat X 10 program is short. It shouldn’t take you more than 20 minutes to complete and you will get a full body workout that will help you burn lots of body fat off. I believe that with just 3 workouts such as these each week, you’ll be seeing results very quickly.

Question: How many pounds can I lose with this program?

Answer: I don’t think that there’s a limit but you do have to be realistic about how long it will take you. You can’t expect to lose 10 pounds in 3 days, 30 in a month, or anything ridiculous as that. However, I have no doubt that you can lose all your excess body fat by following the workouts in this program and being determined and committed to the plan.

Question: What about the diet part of the program? Isn’t it a bit too low in calories?

Answer: In my original review of the program I wrote that I believe that you can eat more calories than the program suggests and still lose weight with it. I am still of this opinion. I think the calorie recommendations are a bit low. You can try to follow the plan or to eat a bit more. I believe that the workouts themselves are enough to burn off body fat fast as long as you eat sensibly. No need to cut your calories too low.

Question: Can I get flat abs with this plan?

Answer: Getting flat abs is all about losing enough belly fat. By doing the workouts in Burn Fat X 10, you can certainly burn off a lot of body fat and belly fat as well, so yes, you can flatten your stomach with this program.

Question: I don’t have access to a gym, can I still follow this plan?

Answer: Some of the exercises in this program do require access to some weight machines. However, most of the exercises can be done with a pair of dumbbells and a stability ball. But having access to a gym is recommended.

Question: How can I make sure this program is right for me?

Answer: You have to be physically able to do intense workouts and you have to be willing to actually make the effort and  do them. Forget about trying to lose body fat without effort. Burn Fat X 10 requires you to work hard on your body. I believe that the results are worth it.

Question: What do I get with this plan?

Anwser: Apart from the main program manual which includes videos of all the workouts and exercises, you also get a bunch of health and fitness related bonuses. It seems that they’re adding more bonuses from time to time so this might change.
