Overview of Club Body

Club Body is fat loss program that has two main sections:

1. A 6 week get started section for people who are not used to workout. You can skip this section and move on to the advanced program if you do workout regularly.

The get started section will get your body used to working out and may deliver excellent results in just 6 weeks. Most of the exercises can be done at home with minimal equipment: a stability ball, dumbbells, and a weighted bar is also recommended.

During these 6 weeks, you’ll be training every other day. Each workout is different from the next so you’ll have excellent variety in all the exercises.

All of the exercises are shown in high definition videos in which Elijah Maine shows you exactly how to perform each exercise correctly. I have to say that these workout videos are of extremely high quality, some of the best I’ve ever seen in a fitness plan.

You can watch the videos online or download them to your computer, ipod, of iPhone to take with you to the gym.

The exercises train your entire body and promote a fast fat loss, metabolism boost, and better muscle tone.

2. A 12 week advanced training section – This is the actual main part of the program and where you’ll see the most results.

These workouts are far more intensive then those in the starters section and so you should expect to work harder here.

These workouts are formatted with a strength training session at the beginning, followed by an interval cardio workout. The length of each workout is about 45 minutes long.

The amazing thing about these workouts is that throughout the 12 weeks, no workout will repeat itself, making Club Body very interesting to follow and never boring.

The Club Body Exercise Videos

There are over 140 HD exercise videos in this program. On each one, Elijah Maine shows you how to perform each of the exercises in this program. There are also text manuals if you prefer to read and not watch videos.

Each video is a few minutes long with Elijah Maine first telling you how to perform the exercises and then showing you how he does them.

I found the videos to provide excellent motivation and instruction of proper form and correct workout guidelines.

In Conclusion

I believe that Club Body is an excellent program. It may be short on nutritional data (although I’ve been assured this will be corrected soon) but it provides a clear and easy to follow workout plan that’s nothing short of addictive due to how the workouts change with time and the various exercises included.
