		<description>Started shaking 2 months ago, almost everyday as instructed, 30 sec per excersise. Supplemented work-out, with a Whey Protein drink after each work-out. 
- Beginning weight 122 lbs. now at 130 lbs
- definite increase in bicep/tricep size and tone
- definite increase in shoulder size and tone
- definite increase in forearm size and tone
- definite increase in size/shape ab muscles
- definite increase in overall arm strength (L,R)
- mediocre increase in chest size tone

Proof is in the pudding, starting to fill up my M-tshirts which I never done before. Wife happy and so am I, will continue to be a shaker.</description>

		<description>I doubt seriously most claims made by this product but I bought one and use it and it does make you feel pumped and tired if you work it hard my main interest in this is that I believe and this is my own conclusion that this product will help stimulate your fast twitch muscle fibers where curls and free weights can not this is a completely different way to train your muscles and looking for any edge I can get in conditioning tired of being too bulky too so first days work out and I must say im feeling fatigued! 6 minutes</description>

It depends on your fitness level. You need to try it out and see. This is a very hard workout so give yourself some rest in between. You can also try alternate between the 500 and the 100 workout, if that turns out to be less strenuous for you.
