  1. Try to call the company and see what happens. You get a 3 minute recording of BS, then you hear that they are sorry that you can’t speak to anyone because their phone system is “under construction”. It has been under construction for 6 months now. Don’t waste your money.

    What a waste of money. Yeah, great workouts if you are in an area with high speed Internet. A list of exercises, that anyone with basic training or the use of Youtube could devise. My problem, is time related, I see what looked interesting purchased main package and instantly go the up sale. With all the bonuses “one month free” well how did I know, left country before I started to use the product, come back and “no active membership” this type of product is a company’s ‘on the cheap’ way to run a business. No CD’s no direct answers and a problem each and every time you think is time to get started with the work-out, you spend more time like this, wasting time writing, “Why cant’ I access, why won’t it down load. Really if you want a better method, by a program with CD’s you can train at your convenience without the speed of Internet access being a variable.

  4. You have aroused my curiosity. But these presentations are too “salesy.” I want information about the actual program– specific information! Not 15 minutes of outlining all the challenges we face in our lives, frustrations from the past, or even credentials and on and on… just get to the point and let me know what this program entails– some actual exercises– and then I will buy the program!
