To lose belly fat requires that you get yourself in shape and I’m not just talking about your abs. Your entire body needs to be in shape.

The reason is simple: the more muscle tissue you have anywhere on your body, the more calories and fat your body burns and the faster it does so. So, if you have more muscular legs, you also lose belly fat. This may seem crazy, but it works.
