Fat Burning Furnace - FBF Review

Fat Burning Furnace image

Fat Burning Furnace (a.k.a. FBF diet) by Rob Poulos is a well known diet & fitness program.

This webpage is a Review of Fat Burning Furnace. Here I’ll review exactly what you can expect from this program, who Rob Poulos is, and the Pros and cons of Fat Burning Furnace.

Click here to read what this program is about: Fat Burning Furnace, and then, if you’re considering using this program or want to know if it works, or wondering if Fat Burning Furnace is a scam, I recommend reading this review without skipping a single word.

Fat Burning Furnace Overview

The Fat Burning Furnace ultimate fitness System is a weight loss program which is based on proper nutrition and weight training. The logic behind it is that by increasing your muscle tissue (which weight training does) you actually burn more calories each hour.

The reason this happens is that muscle tissue simply requires more calories just to sustain itself. The more muscle tissue you have the faster you will burn calories. But that requires you to workout.

The main Fat Burning Furnace ebook is a 128 pages book filled with nutrition and weight training information.

The book is divided in this way:

  1. 13 pages introduction
  2. 67 pages of exercises and workouts
  3. 40 pages of nutrition information and specifications

One great thing about FatBurningFurnace is that it includes detailed photos of each exercise along with detailed explanation on how it needs to be done. Click here to read more about Fat Burning Furnace workouts

What can using the FBF Diet do for you?

Fat Burning Furnace can help you to lose body fat and develop lean muscle tissue. You should use it only if you’re willing to workout.

Pros and Cons of Fat Burning Furnace

Pros:

  • Comes with a money back guarantee, so your purchase is secure

FBF Testimonials

FBF has been used by tens of thousands of people from many countries. Many of them have shared their experience online.  This is the best way to see whether FBF really works or not. To see how other people have used this diet and the results they got, check out these Fat Burning Furnace Testimonials

Exercise and Nutrition

The FBF Diet plan works by combining intensive workouts with a sensible nutrition plan. The diet you follow is not restrictive and the program offers many meal plans and recipes (including a vegetarian meal plan) to help you eat well, enjoy your food and burn fat.

The exercises are arranged in short but intensive workouts. The famous 15 minute workout sessions this diet has may seem short to you but they will challenge your body. This is the way Rob Poulos believes you can burn a lot of fat and do it in a time efficient manner.

In Conclusion

Fat Burning Furnace is an excellent program for men and women who wish to burn  body fat, improve fitness, and get in shape.

It’s an easy to follow and comprehensive program which you can get excellent results with as long as you’re focused, and determined to give it your all.

Purchased program yesterday. Had a power surge and did not get to print receipt or download program. Please help. Thanks!

I think Rob left out one very important truth and that is that this is not just a diet it’s a full blown LIFESTYLE CHANGE for the rest of your life, does this diet work? all I can tell you is YES from my personal experience, it works really well 30lbs in 6 weeks to be exact with very little to no exercise but my job does keeps my on my feet all day, but get ready for some demanding changes like five to six meals a day and for people on the go, hard. but lets face it all those fast food meals we grab on the go got us fat. you want to lose fat and keep it off this is the program But here’s the commitment cut fat, suger, salt and alcohol, that’s the truth like it or not you have to change to make it work!

I need someone from this company to communicate with me since I cannot seem to get a message through. I need to be sent the main book (which I paid for two days ago). So far this has been an extremely frustrating experience. The so-called “short” up-front pitch is actually quite long and repetitive, but getting the product should be simple. But it hasn’t been. Please get back to me. Thank you.

Hi! I’ve been looking into this program after reading Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. As well as a program Burn the Fat is, I’m a poor college kid that doesn’t have access to even a bench, so a lot of the strength-training moves don’t work for me. But all the lifestyle changes led me to shed 10lbs already!

I heard you can get by with just dumbbells in this one. Are the exercises too intense for an overweight beginner?

    Thanks!

    • John

      Hi,
I don’t think you’ll have a problem being an overweight beginner. This is who the program is for. As for the equipment, according to Rob Poulos, you can do quite well with bodyweight versions of the exercises he shows. For most of the other exercises all you need are dumbbells and a bench. You may be able to do some of the exercises with a chair or bed, but a bench would give you more options.

    Hi
As a physician, I can attest that your program has scientific merit. Has any research been published on it?

This could have large scale public health implications.

Let me know if I can help.
    Sincerely,

    Eric Rubinstein, M.D.

  • Ali

    This isn’t a scam ..

Let me introduce myself. I’m Ali and i’m a university student on my 3rd year. i’m very addicted in researching ways to get my body in shape. I have many programs that i managed to “obtain” for the purpose of comparison and choosing the ones to follow. I’m an engineering student and that fact made me a skeptic of everything. Unless you can convince me with rational explanations backed with evidence, i won’t buy your words! .

I came by the FBF website and was watching the 15 minute introductory video and i got interested. So, I “obtained” the ebook for review and wow . i was amazed by the rational explanations that were put behind every concept in the book.

some of the concepts it covers were ones i found addressed in isolation in several other programs , but in FBF , they are presented to you as a whole system. Rob wasn’t lying when he talked about how big fitness companies keep customers coming in by not giving them everything in a system but rather divide the fitness concepts on several products to maximize profit.

Some of the concepts FBF cover and work amazing as a whole :

    - Attacking fat , not weight, by working on building muscles.
    - Muscle confusion to avoid plateau effect by alternating exercises (Even though not mentioned by name, but it’s still there in the system )
    - Focus on muscle recovery rather than muscle destruction (a concept often left out by many programs)
    - Focus on quality of the reps in a set rather than number of sets as many other programs do.
    - Detailed explanations of every workout in the program alongside with pictures of positions
    - A very flexible Diet system that’s independent of calorie intake but focuses on nutrients and portions (In this section i found the most interesting facts that i passed on to my friends and family .. ever wondered why you’re still hungry even though you just ate that large steak half an hour ago ? )
    - Time efficient for easy adaptation to most peoples busy lives

I love this program. I believe it works. I’m sorry i cannot provide any comments on my experience with it as i just reviewed the program and not yet to start it. But i’m using the diet system incorporated in the programe already and will be be implementing the workouts as soon as i’m done my finals in a couple of weeks =)

I hope this info comes in handy and help you with your decision. =)

  • Ria

    Hi
I want to try this programme , but still not sure as to wether i should go for it or not. The workouts as it mentions can they be done at home or you need to go to gym ? And I am a vegetarian so , it this programme suitable for me?
    PLs answer!

    • admin

      Hi,

You shouldn’t have a problem as a vegetarian. As to the workouts, going to the gym may work better, but you can do many of the workouts at home. However, you will need dumbbells to workout at home.

  • Ed

    Hi All,

Just for all of you interested in Rob’s program, I just wanted to say, I’ve been in your shoes before purchasing the program. However, after following his program for almost a year (I’m currently in the Advanced Level Workouts), I have lost a total of 9″ on my hips, 2″ on my chest (lost fatty chest, but gained nice pecs) and I am really happy with how my body looks; although I haven’t achieved the ideal body I’m aiming for.

The program is quite flexible allowing you to substitue exercises that work the same muscles as Rob listed for each exercise to keep your body guessing, and it keeps me from getting bored.

However, the only thing I don’t like is Rob trying to sell me Prograde in his coaching emails, and sometimes, my emailed concerns are not answered at all.

But overall, it’s an excellent program if you are dedicated to getting the lean and fit look along with good cardiovascular health. Thank’s Rob

  • joy

    this works i purchase it

  • Laura

Hi. I am considering purchasing this program, but have a question. My husband and I are “cardio addicts” and have no desire to change that (it’s what we do for fun…go figure!) but we each carry 10-20 pounds that won’t go away. This program mentions cardio is not necessary, but it won’t hurt the results correct? Now my real question actually is that I am considering buying this mostly for the healthy food plan (I don’t like the word diet!! “Die” is in that word! LOL!) Is it worth buying just for the food plan?
    Thank you for any responses.

  • Laura

This is a great program, but the author ripped off Michael Geary’s “The Truth About Abs” program! I have both Ebooks and they are exactly the same, both advocate weight training, eating whole foods and drinking lots of water. They are both full of good information on how the body metabolizes fats and utilizes the food we eat, and both cost the same price. Either would be a useful tool for anyone who doesn’t understand what happens to their body when they consume fast food, processed supermarket food, artificial sweeteners, and sugars, and who don’t know the science of eating more whole, living foods than animal protein and moving more to contribute to a healthy body. Most of this information can be found free on the internet.

    • admin

I doubt Mike Geary would agree with your comment as he has recommended FBF on a number of occasions. However, it is true that the Truth About Abs is an excellent program.

It can take you weeks and months to discover the truth out of all the mess the internet is in.

        Bonnie,

I did respond. On the receipt you got for the program there’s the support email of Rob Poulos. Email him and get another copy of the program. This is a review site, not the place to get customer support for this program.

  • Bonnie

I ordered FBF and my account was debited on 2/1, when should I expect my order?

    • admin

      Hi Bonnie,
You download the program right after you get it. If you didn’t do so, check your receipt. There’s an email for the support staff of the program. You can email Rob Poulos and he’ll make sure you get the program. Good luck with FBF!

      • Bonnie

I can not find my receipt, so what do I do now? I really want to get started with the program but I am stumped!
        Please help….

      • Bonnie

I replied back on 2/12 and have not received an answer to my dilemna. Can you tell me what can be done next? I really don’t want to get a refund if I can avoid it.

        Thanks,
        Bonnie

      • admin

        Hi Bonnie,
In the receipt you got for the product, there is a support email for Rob Poulos. Just send a quick email to that email and you’ll get everything sorted out.

      • Bonnie

Can someone please reply to my question that I posted on 12th and 16th! Thanks

  • DANI

sounds like a scam. that bashes on other scams. thats what that guy up there was trying to say. i very seriously doubt working out for 15 minutes a day 2 -3 times a week will make you “melt fat like butter on a hot skillet”

this probably won’t even be posted.

    • admin

      Hi Dani,

As you can see, your comment has been posted.
While I do know that this program is for real, I respect your opinion.

    • Rob

I agree! I bet this rob guy also made a few reviews saying is The product a scam? and in the long run made it sound like it wasn’t. this reassuring the viewer who if any brains in their head would know that people will first google search reviews on this product before giving out their credit card numbers! I was a personal trainer for a while and I myself hold a light heavy weight frame in a bodybuilding class! I can assure you it takes more then 15 mins inless ur already a genetic fast metabolizing mosnter! Anyway, I feel that this Rob owner has all his angles covered to crush any skeptics or doubters, but still hasn’t got my money! and wont!

  • Bookworm

does this work for everyone? I’m a senior in high school and have been the chubby bookworm and i want to do things with my life and i want to do it Right!

  • nathaly

I want to get my money back. Not b/c i did not like the program . to be censir I did not order it personaly but someone did with out my permission. How can I claim the money back.

  • Louise Dockey

I am 84 and in good health except rotator cuff injury in my shoulder. If I use FBF, can I lose without dumbells or use something else? I have fat on my belly and waist and cannot lose it by walking on the treadmill, Am I too old for the exercises? I have tried dieting and walking. It does not work.

  • joy

my country (Nigeria) is not listed on the locations, so i can’t order

  • anonymous

I don’t know, I’m still skeptical, this still sounds like a scam that also rips on other scams.

  • Tracie

hi i’m in HongKong now,how many days does the delivery need? plus, is there any replacement for dumbbells? i’m a university student and it’s inconvenient for me to purchase them. oh, will this program gain too much muscles? i really don’t like that.

    • admin

The program is delivered immediately. You download it to your computer. You can do bodyweight exercises without dumbbells.

This isn’t a muscle building program so don’t worry. It won’t get you to gain too much muscles.

  • GMoney

    Hi,

I really like this and want to try it however i want confirmation that this is a one time payment and I will not receive any other charges what so ever from this company or any other company related to this product.

    thanks in Advance.
    GMoney

  • Steve

A lot of it is common sense and well known info so it’s definately not revolutionary or anything. There some things missing like all books like this. I think it’s a pretty good book though and can be useful for beginner’s or for some other ideas for the veterans.

  • chubby hubby

i recently got married at 21. i promised my wife that when we got married i would work on my weight. im 6’4 and 342 pounds. i was wondering if i stuck to this program would i see results fast without gaining it back.
would it work for me if i stuck with it

    • admin

      Hi, Congrats on your wedding.

I believe that if ýou’re determined that you will see results with this program. Yes, it is a program that can be used to produce results that will last.

  • Glenn

I have read the admin response to OldGal (22 Nov 2009). I too am an >51 yo gent. Will compliance with the program give me some hope of developing a “fully ripped” body, well… get rid of the gut and love handles anyway?

    Regards

    Glenn

  • beybee

    Hey!

I have just one question. Is it possible to get some of the tips for free? U know for some of us who are in college, without jobs even 40$ is too much. And i really need some tips because my body is getting worse and worse :(

  • Tricia

I would like to know if there is a way that i can print/copy this book because I dont have a computer. I use the library computer. You would think you could get this info paperbased.

    • admin

      Hi Tricia,

Once you get the program you download it to your computer, or the library’s and print it out just as you would any other file. It’s as simple as that.

  • Lisa

I see many questions, but no testimonials regarding the successes by those who have endeavored to follow this program. Can you provide sufficient favorable testimonials that lend credence to the claims?

  • jake

hi, im 17 and very overweight. ive been looking for something to help me lose weight. i know nothing is going to change me overnight but i was looking at serveral diferent programs. like ryan i was looking at the fat burning furnace and the turbulence training program. i read the reply you wrote him and i was wondering which program you will see results faster and which program is easy to follow. i realy cant decide between the 2. i also wanted to know if their was equipment i would need to buy if i purchased the fat burning furnace. im also in a few sports so im not worried about the workout intesity.

    • admin

      Hi Jake,

Don’t take too long to think. Just take action. These are both good programs.
The only factor which will determine how fast you will get results is YOU.

Just go with FatBurningFurnace and start the process. The earlier you begin, the faster the results. It’s an excellent program and has everything you need.

  • ryan

im 16 6’4 and 310 pounds. im really overweight and want to change. ive been looking at both this and the turbulence training program and was wondering which do u think would be best for me. i just got done with football so i know that i can handle intense fitness workouts. and if these wouldnt be right for me which do u think would work. i want to lose weight fast but i am realistic and i want to keep it off.

    • admin

      Hi Ryan,

It’s good that you’re realistic and Fat burning Furnace can definitely work for you. Either program can work as they’re both solid.

The difference, I believe, is in intensity. If you’re looking for intense, creative, workouts, then go for Turbulence Training. If not, then stick with FBF. Let me know how it goes and good luck.

  • Shine

My weight is 59kg-60kg and my height is below average of boys of my age (13). Will it work for me?

  • sarra

will running the eliptical for 4 times a week and walking hills once a week and eating healthy and alot make me loose wieght

    • admin

      Hi Sarra,
It will certainly help, although I don’t like the elliptical myself. Running is much better. In addition, as Rob Poulos teaches in the Fat Burning Furnace Ultimate Fitness system, strength training is also very important to achieve a long lasting fat loss.

  • KLisa

    hi,

I have about 100 pnds to lose, is this possible with this program?

    • admin

      Hi Lisa,

It’s definitely possible to lose 100 pounds with FBF. However, I want to stress that it will take some time and will require effort on your part.

That being said, I believe this program has everything you need to make a real life transformation, lose weight, and get fit.

      Good luck and Merry Christmas.

  • Neal Brown

I am on oxygen 24/7. Will I be able to do the exercises?

    • admin

      Hi Neal,

I have to admit that I don’t know. I recommend not starting the program without contacting Rob Poulos, the creator of FBF and consulting your doctor first.

  • Dan

I like to have a couple of glasses of wine or beer after a long day of work. Do you have to cut out drinks completely?

  • Dori

I hate ebooks, do they sell actually copies of the book?

    • admin

This program is sold in digital (ebook) form only. I prefer ebooks: they don’t take up space, never tear, you can get a lot of bonuses with the main program, and so on.

  • Amanda

I am interested in trying the FBF but I am curious if it would work for me? I am a steady eater. Once I have that first meal it just fuels me to eat another even if I am hungry or not. Would this system but anout to help me with that? Also does it include a set meal plan like some diets do?

    • admin

      Hi,
While FatBurningFurnace doesn’t have a set meal plan, it does have an extensive section on correct nutrition and so I believe it can help you to control your hunger physically.

However, what you’re describing sounds like some kind of emotional eating. For that, I suggest using this program: Emotional Eating Solution. I do need to disclose that Emotional Eating Solution was created by one of our staff, but it’s great and can really help you avoid overeating.

  • OldGal

Hello, I am an older, over 50, woman not yet menopausal. I’ve gained 20 pounds over just 2 years. Do think this program will work for me ? I understand older people have less potential to build muscle mass.
    thanks

    • admin

      Hi,
People in their 70s have added muscle tissue so a person in their 50s sure can. Yes, it is likely to go a bit slower than for a 25 year old woman, but Fat Burning Furnace can work for you too.

I believe that you can achieve excellent results with it.

  • pat

i am a fussy eater and find nutrition parts very hard to stick to
would my regular diet and the out lined training programme work together?

  • Summer

What kind of equipment is required to follow this plan? Anything besides a couple dumbbells?

  • sabeen

hi just wanted to ask wen did u start this prog as in wendid u first publish the e book thanks

  • Teri V

What kind of exercises are involved in the Fat Burning Furnace system? I get bored easily – is this really a good system?

    • admin

      Hi Teri,
Fat Burning Furnace is made up of mostly strength exercises to build lean muscle tissue and boost your metabolism (without bulking up if you don’t want to).

The exercises cover pretty much every body part and they’re pretty diverse. I don’t think you’ll be bored.
