Question: How much weight can I really lose with this program?
Answer: Fat loss 4 Idiots is advertised as a way to lose 9 pounds every 11 days. I have had contact with people who’ve achieved this kind of weight loss but not everyone does so. You may be able to lose 9 pounds during the first 11 days, but you average weight loss is likely to be lower. What I can say that I’ve read a lot of testimonials from people who’ve lost a lot of weight with this plan.
Question: I heard that this diet uses a menu generator. Is it complicated? How does it work?
Answer: The menu software is very simple to operate. It’s run online so you can access it from any computer. What you do is choose a selection of foods you like from a long list of diet approved items. The menu generator takes your selections and combines them into an 11 day menu that you need to follow. Each day you get to eat 4 meals. You just eat according to the menu.
Question: What do I do after the 11 days?
Answer: After you complete the 11 day menu, you get 3 days off the diet to eat what you like. Please do so in moderation but do enjoy yourself. That’s the whole point. Then, you can either do the 11 day menu over or generate a new one.
Question: Is the Beyond Calories additional manual worth it?
Answer: When you order Fat loss 4 Idiots, you have the option of also buying the Beyond Calories program. This is an additional diet method that you can use, this one with 6 meals each day. You don’t have to get this program as the original plan should work very well. However, having the Beyond Calories plan can come in handy and give you more options to follow.
Question: Do I need to buy special foods or supplements?
Answer: No. All the food can be found in supermarkets, is affordable, and no supplements or anything else is necessary.
Question: What do you like about this diet and what don’t you like?
Answer: Personally, I like how simple this diet is. You can get started straightaway. I like how you get 3 days off every two weeks. I also like the fact that this diet has many positive testimonials from many people. I don’t like the fact that the diet downplays the importance of exercise and that it has no support system.

Once you get the diet, you’re supposed to use it as you see fit. I believe that most people don’t have an issue with this fact because the program is very simple. However, it is a disadvantage.
