What is Final Phase Fat Loss
Final Phase Fat Loss is a 6 week training program with 16 different workouts. This program is mostly for people who are already in some kind of weight loss process but need something extra to shed off those nasty stubborn pounds.
Each week you will do 4 workouts. Each of the workouts target a different element of why the body clings to those last pounds of fat and how you can work to get rid of them. A special emphasis is placed on dealing with those troublesome hormones as I’ve discussed.
Here are the 4 workout styles:
Lactic Acid training with slow tempos to produce a tremendous amount of lactic acid, which will in turn ellicit the release of lots of growth hormone. Excellent for fat loss, and even has a positive effect on insulin management.
Dynamic Workouts – These are pretty standard fast pased training workout, focusing on dynamic exercises like lunges and step ups. You’re probably very familiar with stuff like this, it’s just some of the exercises that may be a bit new.
Density Training – the focus of density training is to increase workout density, work capacity, training economy and overall awesomness. What we do here is perform exercises for TIME. The first set establishes a baseline, and with the second set we increase the weight and try to beat the reps from the previous set. It’s tremendous for fat loss and gaining strength and strength endurance.
Heavy Strength – heavy weight to keep strength up, as well as increase neurogenic and myogenic muscle tone. Rather than straight up set/rep schemes, I’ve assigned a goal number of reps, broken into the fewest number of sets possible. So just do 25 squats in as few sets as you can, with heavy weight. Stuff like that. The key is to get people to focus on form and speed, rather than getting caught up in numbers. The goal of these workouts is not to really get strogner, but to help retain strength and muscle tissue while dieting.
