Here’s how you workout with FitDeck exercise cards: you begin with a short warm-up to get the blood flowing, take the FitDeck cards in your
hand, shuffle the cards, and extract one. This is the exercise you need to perform. You continue selecting one card after the other until you feel like you’ve had enough.
The shuffling of the cards mean that each workout will be different from the one preceding it. Some workouts may be longer than others due to the random selection of cards with exercises of varying difficulty.
You can pretty much do a workout for as long as you like. The original FitDeck packs have 56 cards in them, more than enough for a solid, long workout.
