slim womanWhen I was first approached about writing a review of Fitter Than The Pros on WorldofDiets, I wasn’t sure I should include it. After all, this isn’t a diet or fitness plan per se.

However, knowing some of the experts who are interviewed on the program and once I listened to some of the interviews, I knew that this is a program that’s very relevant to fat loss and fitness and so should definitely be reviewed extensively.

I did write an initial Fitter Than The Pros Review which you can check out and get a good sense of what the program is all about. However, I believe that there are likely to still be a lot of questions regarding what these interviews are about and whether or not they can actually help you lose weight and get fitter.
