Giant Step For Fat Loss

I’m talking about something which is so simple that you may question why I’m writing a complete post about it.

Let me assure you, I’m not here to waste your time. A lot of people don’t even get this far.

This giant step for fat loss is the simple act of starting out. By that I mean choosing a diet plan and starting to exercise regularly.

A lot of people fall into the bad habit of procrastinating, finding excuse after excuse why this isn’t the right time to start changing their eating routine or going to the gym, or how they just can’t seem to find a diet plan that’s right for them.

I’m here to tell you that what I know for certain is that doing nothing will lead to nothing. No one ever changed their life by continuing to do the same things or by not doing anything at all. You need to start making a change and you need to start now.

Take a look at the picture at the top right corner of the screen. You see a snail crawling slowly on the ground. This snail has alread passed over the starting line and he’s crawling onward. Sure, he’s not going fast. He’s slow as… well, as a snail. But at least he’s moving in the right direction. He’s edging ever closer to his destination.

What about you? Can you say the same thing about yourself?

Stop Waiting For Perfection

There will never be a perfect moment to start changing your life. There will never be that one diet program, fitness device, or method which will make it easy to shed off the excess pounds and start losing weight again. The perfect moment is always now. Today. There is simply nothing to wait for.

True, this may be a struggle for you. Losing weight often is. But it will never be as easy as it is right now, when you’re here reading this post. When you really want to make a change in how you look and feel but you’re afraid of failing. There will never be a better time.

Procrastination is the enemy of all achievement. It makes you slower than a snail. It leaves you where you are entrenched in your own unhappiness. Like any bad habit, it can be tough to beat. Change is always hard.

The key is to take this first, giant step. After you do, things will get easier. You just need to start.

What I want you to do is to make a decision to start changing your diet and your lifestyle today. As soon as you finish reading this article, get up and do a short workout at home. Even if you don’t have equipment, there are plenty of bodyweight exercises that you can do.

Then, go into your kitchen and throw out the food you know is making you fat. Just clear everything out so the slate is clean and you can begin fresh.

Then, I want you to write down your goals for the next month: how much weight you want to lose, how fit you want to be, what size of clothes you want to wear. I want everything to be on paper.

Then, I want you to write a schedule for the next 2 weeks of when you will workout.

Then, I want you to pick a diet plan to follow. There are plenty of programs reviewed right here on this website, but you can choose others as long as they’re sensible and not gimmicky.

The main thing is to get started. Once you do, everything will fall into place much easier. So… what are you waiting for?
