Is this even possible or has Tom Venuto started lowering his standards in the hope of selling more copies of his program?

What is the Holy Grail Body Transformation
The main manual of the program is a short and easy to read guide (about 50 pages) in which Tom Venuto spells out the research he has done regarding the ultimate fitness desire: how to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time and the techniques required to achieve it.
The answer is that you can’t… at the exact same time that is. Gaining muscle often requires eating lots of calories while losing fat often requires some sort of calorie restriction. It’s like trying to pull a rope at both ends. You get nowhere.

Seeing how this entire method is based on research and his experience with his many clients, gives great credibility to the entire program and will help you maintain motivation throughout the process until you achieve your goals.
2. It’s a doable program. Yes, you will need to follow the eating plans closely and you will need to workout hard to get optimal results for you but it’s not something that should be above your abilities. This is a program for regular men and women, not bodybuilders or athletes alone.
3. You can get started quickly. As this program is short and to the point, you can easily get your copy, read it in one sitting and begin using it almost immediately.
Be aware, though, that this is not a program for lazy people or for someone who makes excuses to not do things. I don’t want you to waste your time on this program unless you feel that you’re up for this challenge.
