Jeff Cavaliere Part 2

Q: What’s the best thing you like about working with people on their health and fitness issues?

I love seeing them getting results!  I know it sounds simple but it’s true.  One of the greatest pleasures I can get as a trainer is to see my clients reach goals that they never truly thought were obtainable.  Am I doing miracles?  No.  I’m just getting guys to realize that with the right kind of training program, anything is possible.  My job is to show them what that right training program is.  I think we’ve more than nailed that with AthLEAN-X!

 

Q: Give us one of you favorite exercises from athlean-x as an example so our readers will know what to expect?

I would say that it might be the Burpee Pushup Pyramid.  I mean…they might not like me after having to do it…but you want to talk about an exercise that blows up the chest and triceps like no other, then this is it.  It basically combines the bootcamp style military “up-down” exercise with the classic, results-getting pushup and in a unique rep count that literally reaches each and every fiber of the chest to set it on fire….but most importantly, spark muscle growth that may have otherwise seemed impossible. 

It certainly is unique…and I think everyone following this program will see that “unique” is our main characteristic.  Not the same old boring exercises in AthLEAN-X!  New cutting edge ways to spark fat loss and growth that actually make working out fun again!

Q: What are the results someone can get from using Athlean X?

Guys following this program can expect to really do three things at once.  Build lean muscle…and by that I mean fat free muscle.  The kind that looks ripped and gets attention without being overly bulky or bloated looking.  The second is that they can expect to lose the stubborn and unwanted body fat from around the midsection, back and chest area. 

These happen to be the problem areas for guys and AthLEAN-X targets them specifically.  Finally, they can expect to become more functional and athletic.  A great byproduct of training like a pro athlete is that yes…you can actually become more athletic.  Not saying you’re going to have a pro contract waiting for you when you’re done 90 days from now…but you will be more athletic and looking like an athlete than when you started for sure!

Q: I know that you’ve worked with some of the best athletes in the world. How does it feel to be connecting with so many people through the internet as you do through your program?

I alluded to this before but it really is an honor to be able to do this.  I really enjoyed my time working in the Major Leagues and working with some of the greatest and most talented athletes in the world to get them into the best shape of their lives….but I felt as if I was almost keeping something from the millions of other guys that always wished they knew what those guys were doing to look so good. 

I knew I could help that group of guys…the ones with the desire to put in the effort to get the same results my pros were getting…so I decided to make my training system available to the masses.  Someone pointed out to me how global the internet was and how I could use it to help guys not only hear in the States but worldwide and I have to admit…I didn’t really believe them.  However now, seeing as how I’ve gotten emails from hundreds of guys from as far as Australia, the UK, The Middle East, China, The Netherlands….it goes on and on…I now see how truly powerful it can be…and how truly wonderful I feel about having made the decision to do this.

 

Q: Finally, what words of encouragement can you give to someone who wishes to lose fat, get lean, and become fit, but can’t seem to take the first step?

You know…the first step is always the hardest.  To those guys I ask them to do just one thing.  Set aside 10 minutes to read each and every word on my website.  I took sat down and wrote my entire story up so that guys can use my past failures, my past struggles with fitness, my past inability to eat healthy foods and relate to it…and use it as an inspiration to say “Man…if he can turn it around to not only be in great shape nowadays, but have gone on to become such a prominent figure in the world of fitness….why can’t I just get into at least a little better shape so I feel good hitting the beach this Summer?!?”  And it’s so true.  They can.  And I can show them how.  They just have to start.  I’ll end with a great saying I heard a long time ago that always stuck with me….it goes like this.  Sometimes you don’t always have to get it all right….you just have to get it going!  Guys listening to or reading this right now….let’s get it going!  It’s time to get athLEAN!

Hi Jeff,

I saw you on You Tube using the Total Gym machine to build biceps. How
many reps and how many sets and how often during the week should I
work-out on the Total Gym to build my biceps ?
