The Russian Air Force diet is a low calorie and highly restrictive fat diet plan which was reportedly developed by the former Soviet Union Air Force to keep its soldiers fit and lean. How true that is I have no idea, but what I do know is how this plan works.
On each day, you’re supposed to drink at least 4 glasses of water or diet soda and eat 3 very small meals.
Note: Another example of a diet that’s supposedly was created by an army is the Israeli Army Diet

Russian Air Force Diet Pros and Cons

- Very restrictive and difficult to stick to.
- Not suitable for active people.

In Conclusion
The Russian Air Force Diet is not recommended. It is an ultra-strict diet plan which simply deprives you of calories and does little else. Using this diet plan may help you lose weight in the short run, but it will likely lead to an even great weight gain in the long run.
In addition, going on a such low calorie diet can lead to all sorts of health issues and may just make you feel bad physically. Don’t do this diet.
Instead of using this plan, why not use the recommended FatLoss4Idiots diet?
