This program is a mixture of dancing and weight loss. It’s not like other dance based fat loss plans because this program actually teaches you how to dance the Samba. It includes choreography segments and instructions on how to move your body better.

Now, I’m far from the best dancer in the world (very far, in fact) but it’s easy to see that Stevens knows how to move her body (and yes, her booty in particular). She’s got the Samba moves down to near perfection and I like her carefree attitude in how she presents her instructions.

There’s also little doubt that dancing like this burns a lot of calories. It’s a cardio workout and also a great lower body session. I believe you do need to add upper body strength training to complete the experience, but it is still good.

Things I like about this Program and things I don’t

I like how this program can really be a fun way for women to be active at home and get in shape. I believe that if you have a thing for dancing that this program can suit you pretty nicely. If you don’t want to go to the gym or you hate lifting weights or doing cardio, this is a pretty good alternative.

I don’t like what Stevens said about dieting and regular training not working. They do work, proven to work, if you actually do them. She’s right that some people hate training in gyms, but to say that it doesn’t work is a bit of a stretch. I also believe that some resistance training will help you get better results even if you use Lose Weight By Dancing.

I also believe that this program needs a nutrition plan to make it complete. You can burn a lot of fat with How to Shake Your Booty in 30 Days but you have to eat right to get lasting results. Use this nutrition plan along with Stevens’s program for the best results.

In Conclusion

How to Shake Your Booty In 30 Days is a nice dance program. I have no doubt that you can learn some cool moves with this plan and also burn body fat. However, the lack of a diet routine does bother me. If you want to learn Samba, then go for it. If not, other fitness plans such as the Venus Index program may prove better for you.
