As you probably know, getting a perfect looking stomach is probably the biggest fitness desire in the world so it’s hardly surprising that there are so many programs and products that offer a way to achieve this wish.

However, you want to find something that can really work for you. Is Six Pack Supremacy a good program?

I got a review copy from the author, John Edwards, to write about it here on my site. I want to present you with my opinion of this program, what I like about it and what I don’t and I hope that this will help you decide whether this plan is for you or not.

The Six Pack Supremacy Main Manual

Six Pack Supremacy has a main manual which is the heart of the program. This manual is about 100 pages long and it covers a lot of material about nutrition and fitness. I was actually impressed by the extent of the information as the program goes into subjects such as:

  • Hormonal manipulation
  • The effect of different heart rates on fat burning
  • Nutrition
  • General fitness
  • Stretching
  • Interval training
  • Diet methods
  • Nutrient sources
  • And more

I like the fact that the program takes a general look at how to burn body fat. After all, it is virtually impossible to lose belly fat by focusing your efforts on your abs alone, so the best way to lose belly fat is to take a general approach by training your entire body and following a good diet plan to help you continue to shed fat.

However, there are sections of the manual in which I felt that too much information was given. It’s nice to have tables of foods sorted by their GI index, but some people will benefit more by just having a more directed plan of action to do right now than to have all this nutritional information. It may have been better to divide the manual into more than one document. Be that as it may, the information is valuable.

The program also includes a lengthy discussion of heart rates and recommended workout intensities. The program seems on the verge of falling into the fat burning zone trap but there are also a recommendation to do interval training workouts which I like more. What I love about the plan is the recommendation to do boxing style workouts. These do require a workout partner or a punching bag to work with, but boxing workouts can be a lot of fun and they can work your body efficiently and quickly and burn lots of calories as well.

Six Pack Supremacy includes a large section on fitness with clear pictures and explanations describing the exercises you need to do in the program. I like the fact that there’s a section on stretching routines in the program. This is often not mentioned enough by other plans and it’s something that is very important for your  long-term health and fitness ability.

Can you get results with this plan

You can burn body fat and build lean muscle tissue with the Six Pack Supremacy plan. Of that I have no doubt. However, this program offers nothing revolutionary in and of itself. It is a solid workout and nutrition plan that, if followed correctly, may lead to fat loss and a leaner body. You need to make some effort to be able to really burn enough body fat and tone your ab muscles in order to get flat abs. This takes some work and it won’t happen overnight.

What I’m trying to say is that you do get value for your money when you buy Six Pack Supremacy because it does teach you a lot about nutrition and fitness and it does help you see how to do strength exercises correctly. This program can help you get great results.

In Conclusion

If you’re looking for a solid fitness and nutrition plan that can help you lose body fat all over and to flatten your abs, Six Pack Supremacy is a viable option for you. I think you will enjoy the workouts it recommends, especially the boxing workouts. You can burn fat with it as long as you’re willing to work at it.
