Dear Jonathan,
Thanks for the info,
I’m a vegetarian and am now going to start a modified gm diet, with one or two protein servings every day. It has not helped up to now and honestly I go back to the gm plan every time I need to lose the flab, but it makes me irritable and slows down my metabolism.

Thanks for the yummy recipe. I made it and loved every bite of it and so did my family. It is unbelievably easy to make and the taste, oh the taste.
Now we know what we are eating and save a lot of money.
