The truth is that these berries and herbs may be healthy for you. In the case of these berries, both are excellent sources of antioxidants. However, neither of them is a miracle weight loss item. In fact, as far as I know, neither have shown any effects on weight loss at all.
You don’t need any of these special, and often expensive, foods. You can lose weight by eating perfectly normal food, in the right amounts, provided that you also train correctly. Don’t be sucked in by any of these baseless products.
