TT For Abs (as it’s known for short) is a 12 week home workout program (with extra nutrition resources). The workout plan is divided into 12 workouts, one for each week. The workouts require very little equipment: stability ball and some dumbbells. That’s it. Having a pull up bar is a plus but not a must.

The program involves a variety of advanced abdominal exercises such as side planks, stability ball spikes, sideways twists, and so on, but there is not a single crunch or sit-up in the entire program.

This is the best way to do these exercises with perfect form, knowing that you have Craig Ballantyne to show you how to workout and motivate you to stick to the plan for the complete 12 week duration.

These are the same workouts that you get with the online version but there’s a massive difference between being able to follow these on videos than to read them in an ebook with pictures. I’m sure you know what I mean.

In addition, having DVDs in your home will get you much more motivated and dedicated to stick to the program for the duration. There is no doubt about it in my mind.

In Conclusion – Is it For You

Turbulence Training For Abs (the online version and DVDs) are good for men and women of all fitness levels. The only thing you need is motivation and determinatio.

You will be working hard with this program. It’s the only way to really burn off body fat and get the kind of results you want.
