What Is the Venus Index Program
The Venux Index is a 12 week workout plan. The focus of the workouts is on strength training. The workouts work your entire body and require the following equipment: a set of dumbbells, a stability ball and a workout bench (although you may be able to make do with a sofa). Each week you need to do 3 workouts.
The 12 weeks are divided into 3 workout manuals in which you learn about the exercises you need to do, how many repetitions you need to perform, and the rest time you should take between each set.
In addition to the workout plans, you also get a complete exercise library in which each exercise is shown and explained with pictures, video, and text so you can follow the program and do each exercise right.
The Venus Index workouts do require effort on your part but they are doable for women at any fitness level. You can be totally new to working out and still use the Venus Index workouts.

The Eating Plan
Unlike other fat loss plans which use a calorie centric eating routine, focusing either on the number or types of calories, the Venus Index plan use a Body – Centric eating plan. What this means is that the food you eat and the number of calories you consume are calculated according to your body: your height, measurements, weight. In this way, you can find the right eating formula for YOU, and not follow some general guidelines that may or may not be suitable for you.
You don’t need to give up eating out, or avoid your favorite foods, or cut down your calories too drastically. The eating plan can be adjusted to fit to your own eating lifestyle.
