The Internet offers a variety of tools and resources to get fit and burn fat. Workout videos, which trainers upload to YouTube and other video sites, are an excellent way to learn new exercises and routines, and to improve your form.
I have scoured the web and found for you 9 fantastic videos. These are videos by women, and mostly for women, but many of these routines can prove challenging for men as well.
Video #1 – A 10 Minute Ab Workout
In this video, Laura London shows how to do an ab circuit. This circuit includes a variety of exercises to target the ab muscles. It takes just 10 minutes, and you can do it anywhere you want.
Video #2 – Killer 550 Rep Workout
BodyRock TV is an excellent channel on YouTube with a massive number of workouts. Many of these routines are highly intense, so you want to gradually build up your fitness for them. In this video, you can see how to squeeze together a large number of reps into a short workout. This is NOT easy, so don’t feel bad if you can’t follow it the first few times. Take it as something to aspire to.
Video #3 – Brazilian Butt Lift Workout
We all know how hard it is to tone and shape your butt. You need to find the right balance between fat burning and targeted lifting exercises. In this video, Flavia Del Monte, whom I interviewed in the past, demonstrates 4 exercises which focus on your glutes.
Video #4 - Yoga Meltdown Level 1
Jillian Michaels is a household name. When you think about her, you immediately think about fitness and fat loss. This is a full video, over 35 minutes long, in which Michaels does a complete yoga workout. This is not easy, proper yoga never is. Enjoy this video:
Video #5 – Insane Fat Burning Kettlebell Drill
Kettlebells are a workout tool that more women should use. However, working with them properly requires instruction. This video is a good way to get started with kettlebells.
Video #6 – Core Workout
In this video, Jennifer Aguire shows how to work your core muscles. Get your lower back, obliques, and abs in good shape.
Video #7 – Bombshell Butt Workout
Another great workout routine from BodyRock Tv. This is a workout that requires a few home fitness products. Some of the exercises in this workout are highly advanced. This is not for beginners:
Video #8 – Arm Workout For Slim Arms
Tone It Up is a fitness duo which enjoys a great popularity. This video focuses on arm exercises. As always, the two Tone It Up girls are full of cheer and smiles.
Video #9 – Back and Shoulder Routine
Here is another video with Flavia Del Monte, in which she demonstrates a number of shoulders and back exercises. If you’re looking to improve your upper body routine, this is a great video to use:
