On this webpage I want to review a muscle building and fat burning program called 7 Minute Muscle created by Jon Benson, author of the 7 Minute Diet and the Every Other Day Diet. When I first stumbled upon this program I thought it was too good to be true and simply did nothing with it.
Then, it was recommended to me by 2 trainers which I highly respect and whose advice I follow, so I decided that I needed to take a better look at this program and see what it’s really about.
If you want to read more about it then click the following link: 7 Minute Muscle or simply read the rest of my review…
What Is 7 Minute Muscle?
7 Minute Muscle is a muscle building and fat reduction program by notable trainer and fitness educator, Jon Benson (I’ll tell you more about him later on).
The entire concept of this program is that, unlike what many other people tell you, there’s no need to spend hours at the gym in order to get results. In fact, it’s possible to do so in a very short time, provided that you make optimal use of each second that you spend there.
With 7 Minute Muscle you have 3 levels of weight training workouts to do:
- 7 Minutes – for beginners
- 14 minutes – for intermediaries
- 21 minutes – for top level bodybuilders and athletes
And that’s it. Each workout session shouldn’t take a second more.
You will need to add about 10 minutes for cardio workouts, but still, these are short workout sessions.
However, that doesn’t make them easy. In fact, expect to put a ton of effort into each second of those 7 minutes. You’re going to be working hard. It’s the only way to get optimal results with so little time at the gym.
The reason why 7 Minute Muscle was created in the first place is that Jon Benson, who is quite the body builder himself, grew tired of spending so many hours at the gym.
He began to research for a solution, to try to see whether there was another way, and after a long process of learning, trial and error, and careful research, he came up with this system which allows busy people to get top level results with just a fraction of the time they would have normally spent at the gym otherwise.
What Can You Learn From 7 Minute Muscle
7 Minute Muscle can benefit you in many ways. Here are some of them:
- It saves you a ton of time which you would have had to spend at the gym
- You get excellent results due to the intensity of the workouts
- You avoid useless exercises and focus on those that provide the best results
- You get training videos which you can watch online so you never make another exercising mistake ever again
- You improve your muscle tone, burn off fat, and increase body mass
The main thing about this plan is that it can work for men and women for a variety of purposes. You don’t have to get bulky by following this program. You can simply improve your muscle tone. It all depends on which exact workouts you choose to do from those that Jon Benson includes.
Does 7 Minute Muscle Really Work?
This is a common question because this program looks too good to be true. However, you need to understand that Jon Benson is a renowned trainer and diet expert who has worked with a huge number of people to help them lose weight, build muscle, raise fitness levels, and improve their life.
Also, 7 Minute Muscle was recommended by known and upstanding experts in the fitness industry.
This plan may seem like a gimmick, and it certainly has a hyped up name, but it does have value. It’s an entirely new concept in physical training which may displace the conceived notions which have long reigned in the fitness industry and which may not be the only way to train. I still do longer workouts myself, but if you’re really short on time, it may be good for you.
Before you rush and start using this program I have to make one thing clear:
This program isn’t easy as it may seem. It’s time efficient but it requires you to give your all. And I mean that. You’re going to be working out hard. There’s just no other way to get results in just 7 minutes, or even in 14-21 minutes.
So, if this program appeals to you because you think it’s easy, Don’t Get It. It does require work, but it’s worth it because you’re getting results and a lot more free time along the way. And that is worth a lot.
