Recently, I’ve received a copy of the Body of F.I.R.E. program from Chad Waterbury to review on this site. I wrote a complete and unbiased review of his program here Body of Fire Review which, I believe, should help you come to an informed decision about this program and whether or not it is right for you.
However, I realize that you may still have certain questions about how this program works, what it includes and so on. I will conduct an interview with Chad Waterbury himself soon to talk with him about this program and grill him about what works and what doesn’t when it comes to fat loss and fitness, but in the mean time I want to expand my original review by listing out a number of questions that you may have about Body of F.I.R.E. and answer all of these questions. (I’ve done the interview in the mean time. You can find it here: Chad Waterbury interview about Body of Fire)
If you really want to make sure that the Body of Fire program is not a scam and that it is right for you, read all of these questions and answers…
Body of Fire Questions and Answers
Question: How do I know if this program is really right for me?
Answer: This depends on your goals and on your physical ability. Body of Fire is a fat loss program first and foremost. You can gain muscle tissue with it but it is not a muscle building program so if you want to get huge and bulky, this is not the right program for you.
In addition, you will need to workout regularly while on this program, so you have to be physically able to exercise. You don’t have to be super-fit or anything, you can be unfit but you have to be able to train. You also need to be willing to workout and make an effort to make sure this program works.
Question: What does the F.I.R.E. mean?
Answer: F stands for Full Body. This program trains your entire body. I stands for Intensity. For a massive fat loss Chad Waterbury advocates intensive workouts. RE stands for Resistance Training as a way to build strength, lean muscle tissue, and to boost metabolism.
Question: I heard this program is only good for 12 weeks, what do I do afterward?
Answer: First of all, you’re going to burn off lots of body fat in 12 weeks with this program, as long as you do it right, so you may not need any more time. However, you can do the program over again. Chad Waterbury actually shows you how to make each exercise harder or simpler so you can increase the intensity of this program many times over. You’ll be able to use this program for many months and still find it challenging.
Question: Is this program right for women too?
Answer: I see no reason why women won’t be able to do this program and succeed in it. As long as you’re willing and able to workout, you should do quite well with it.
Question: You seem to like this program a lot, is there anything that you don’t like about it?
Answer: As I wrote in my original Body of F.I.R.E. review, Chad Waterbury provides an exercise guide with clear pictures and instructions of all the exercises. If he would have filmed them all in video, it may have been better. Some people learn better with video. The instructions are very clear so I don’t think this is a problem but it might have been better to have videos.
Question: My main problem is that I just can’t stop eating. Does this program deal with that?
Answer: No, I’m afraid this program focuses on fitness and nutrition and not on the psychological side of eating. If you have emotional eating issues, check out the EmotionalEatingSolution program.
Question: I don’t have a gym membership, can I still do this program?
Answer: The short answer is yes. You don’t need a gym membership to do BodyofFire. Most of the exercises require just your body weight for resistance.
Question: Is there a money back guarantee with this plan?
Answer: Yes, there’s a 60 day money back guarantee on this program.
