Question: I read that each workout takes 30-45 minutes. When is there time to do cardio workouts?
CW: Well, most cardio workouts are a waste of time. There are no typical cardio exercises, such as running on the treadmill for an hour, on this program. Why? Because training that way does next to nothing, and research shows it. But don’t take the scientists word, just look around you at the people who do the same boring cardio routines. If it did work, everyone in health clubs would be losing fat because that’s what they’re doing all day long!
The key is to use full body exercises and fast body weight exercises to create a much larger metabolic cost than cardio workouts can ever create. Since every exercise in the Body of F.I.R.E. program counts, you don’t have to workout for long. Just 45 minutes or less, from start to finish. And this even includes your warm-up and stretches.
Question: Who is the Body of Fire program right for and who isn’t it right for?
CW: Men and women of all ages have experienced incredible results on the program. Some programs are too easy for some people, and that doesn’t do any good because it’s boring and a waste of time. Other workout programs are way too advanced for the people they target. If you’re between 13 and 63, this program is right for you. It’s as simple as that.
What makes Body of F.I.R.E. so unique is its flexibility. For every workout I explain how to make each exercise simpler, or more advanced, to suit your current level of fitness. This makes the program suitable for almost anyone. I’ve had women in their 40s, and professional athletes in their 20s, get amazing results. How? Because they’re not doing the exact same program. They’re customizing it to their own body with my simple guidelines on how to substitute one exercise for another.
Question: If you could give us 3 tips to burn fat fast for the long term, what would they be?
CW: First, eat foods that are high in nutrients but low in calories. In my nutrition guide I explain which foods have the most nutrients that boost your metabolism. It’s really as simple as swapping one food for another. Starving yourself is the worst thing you can do.
Second, follow a training program that’s created from scientific research and is designed for fat loss. My workouts are based on tons of exercise and metabolic research that most people don’t know about. Since I have 15 years of experience I’ve been able to take that research and apply it to real-world clients. There’s been a lot of tweaking over the years, but once I got all the variables just right I put it all together in the Body of F.I.R.E. program.
Third, you must know what motivates you to lose fat and never lose site of it. Don’t let anyone tell you why you should or shouldn’t get in the best shape of your life. Decide for yourself and just do it.
Question: Does the nutrition portion of Body of F.I.R.E. use any calorie counting or prohibits eating certain foods altogether?
CW: Not at all. Counting calories is an absolute waste of time because you can’t do it for long before you give up. Plus, it’s not that effective either since your body can require different amounts of calories at different times. The solution is easy if you just focus on foods that are high in nutrients but low in calories.
My goal was to show people how they can eat for life with no restrictions whatsoever. Now, this doesn’t mean that you can eat whatever you want, whenever you want, but the nutrition plan has plenty of food choices so you never get bored. It’s as simple as printing out a single page that shows which foods you can eat.
Question: How much weight can someone lose in the 12 weeks of being on Body of Fire?
CW: My client, Jon, lost over 40 pounds on the program. Alex lost over 40 pounds, too. Another client, Danielle, lost five pounds in the first week. Court burned off 21 pounds in the first few weeks. I could go on and on. What I can guarantee people is that they’ll lose fat faster than ever before, as long as they follow the simple guidelines.
Question: How does it feel to have helped thousands of people from all over the world to change their body and how they feel about themselves?
CW: Helping men and women get the body they’ve always dreamed of is the greatest job in the world. When clients hire me I make it very clear that I’m not doing it for a paycheck because there are many other things I could do instead to make money. I train people for the personal reward I experience once they reach their goal.
