Fat Burning Furnace Questions and Answers
Question: Who exactly is this Rob Poulos guy, anyway?
Answer: Rob Poulos is a former overweight man who, together with his wife, managed to drop a few dozen pounds and keep them off for years. He created the Fat burning Furnace program as a way to share with others his own method of losing fat and keeping it off.
Question: I heard that you can lose 26 pounds of fat in just 49 days with this program. Sounds like a scam to me. How can this be true?
Answer: What the official site says is that judging by 10,000 people who’ve used this program so far, the average weight loss is 26 pounds in 49 days. To me, there are two issues with this claim:
- It seems like a lot of fat to lose. I doubt if this is true in most cases.
- I can’t imagine how each person who gave his or her testimonial is able to know if they lost fat or weight (which includes water and so on). Don’t expect to shed so much fat so fast on this program it takes time.
However, I don’t believe that the FBF Diet is a scam. The testimonials and success show how this program does indeed work. There are people who do quite well with this program. However, the 26 pounds in 49 days bit is likely exaggerated.
Question: How does the FBF Diet plan work?
Answer: The Fat Burning Furnace ultimate fitness system is made up of two foundations:
- Highly intensive strength training routines.
- The right nutrition to help you workout better, give your body what it needs, and promote fat loss.
Rob Poulos dedicates a great part of his program to nutrition, telling you which foods are recommended and which should be avoided. Meal plans and recipe ideas are included so you can easily just slide into the “FBF lifestyle” and begin eating according to it.
The workouts are very short and intensive. In fact, the program is famous for its 15 minute circuit training workout routines. Circuit training involves doing various exercises with no rest in between sets. You do these short routines 3 times each week for a total of 45 minutes of exercising each week.
Question: 15 minute workouts? You’ve gotta be kidding me. How is that going to deliver results?
Answer: I recommend doing longer workouts myself, but Rob Poulos shows how you can cut your workout time by increasing the intensity of each workout. Expect to work you tail off on each of these workouts. This is not a program that’s right for people who aren’t prepared to make a true effort.
There are several programs who advocate short and intensive workouts as a way to make better use of your time and still achieve fast fat burning results. It can work.
Question: I don’t have access to a gym, can I still do this program?
Answer: You may need to make some adjustments to your workouts. However, most of the exercises can be done at home as long as you have a pair of adjustable dumbbells to work with. I recommend either the Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells or the Powerblock Adjustable Dumbbells. Not being able to go to a gym is not an excuse to not working our hard.
Question: Is this diet right for vegetarians?
Answer: The FBF Diet has a special set of eating guidelines for vegetarians so it should pose no problem at all.
Question: Does Fat Burning Furnace work for men and women both and what about older people?
Answer: There are plenty of fantastic Fat Burning Furnace testimonials from men and women of a variety of ages. You should make sure that you’re ready and able to workout hard. You may need to consult with your doctor before starting out. However, age should pose no problem as long as you’re healthy.
Question: How do I know this program will work for me?
Answer: Rob Poulos offers a 60 day money back guarantee in case you find that this program isn’t right for you. However, no program works for everyone. In a way, you need to take a chance and have some faith in your ability to lose fat and change your body for the better.
Question: Who is this program right for?
Answer: FBF is right for anyone who wants to lose body fat. It’s not right for people who want to build lots of muscles or wish to lose weight without exercising. It’s for people who are willing to make a serious effort to get in shape and burn body fat.
