Following the massive international success of the Ab Circle Pro, Jennifer Nicole Lee has decided to release a new version of this machine, the Mini Circle (a.k.a the Ab Circle Mini).
In this review I want to go over what the new Ab Circle Mini offers to you, a person who wishes to lose belly fat and get flat abs and whether or not it really works.
I hope that by reading this Mini Circle review you’ll be able to overcome a bit of the dazzling effect of the infomercials and become a more informed buyer.
How Does the Ab Circle Mini Work
The Mini Ab Circle does not seem to hold any real difference to the original Ab Circle Pro. You use them in the same way and they’re supposed to deliver the same workout experience and results: losing love handles, flattening your stomach and burning belly fat.
The way you workout with the Ab Circle Mini is by climbing on the knee pads, making sure that you’re comfortable as possible. Then, you have two set of handles that you can grab with both hands.
Once you’re set on the machine, you begin to rotate your lower body from side to side in various speeds to get an abdominal workout in your central abs and obliques (side muscles).
Difference between Ab Circle Pro and The Mini Circle
Although these two versions do operate in a similar way, there are some differences between the two:
- Weight – The Mini Circle weighs about 10 lbs or so lighter than the Ab Circle Pro. This makes the new version much more portable and easy to carry.
- Dimensions – The Ab Circle Mini is smaller than the original so it should be easier to store.
- Price – The new version is much cheaper. The original cost about $200. The new one sells for approximately $100-$120.
- Durability – It is still unclear how durable this machine will be.
There is one thing that’s not likely to change and this is the kind of results you can expect to get with it.
While you can get a nice abdominal workout with the Mini Circle, you should always keep in mind that there is much more to losing love handles and belly fat.
Any kind of successful fat loss comes from full body workouts, focusing on those strength exercises that burn the most fat, solid and intensive cardio, and an excellent diet plan.
I believe that it’s unlikely that you’ll get the kind of results the infomercial promises by using this machine alone. It may be a good machine but you will need to do traditional workouts as well and to follow a fat burning diet plan to get optimal results.
What you get with the Ab Circle Mini
The package that comes with the Mini Circle includes a few items other than the machine itself. These include the following:
- Express Workout DVD
- Lose Your Love Handles Slim Down Nutritional Plan book
- 2 padded knee bowl inserts
- L-tool and small wrench (for assembly)
- Owner’s Manual – Assembly & Instructional Guide
- 1 year limited warranty
In Conclusion
The Mini Circle seems like a beneficial product, especially for those who couldn’t afford the Ab Circle Pro. Its lower price does make it more attractive.
However, don’t expect that this machine alone will get you perfect abs. I’m sure that Jennifer Nicole Lee would agree that getting flat abs requires more than just using the Ab Circle Mini or doing tummy trimming exercises. You need to be totally fit and watch what you eat as well.
So, use this machine if you like, but don’t expect to get results in just minutes a day. The Mini Circle is one tool that can help. It can’t do it alone.
