One thing which I don’t like about Truth About Abs is that it doesn’t cover cardio well enough. Mike Geary does write about the guidelines for a good cardio workout, but while he covers weight training in depth, the cardio section is a little thin.
I wish he would expand on it.
However, apart from that, TruthAbout6PackAbs is an excellent program.
I highly recommend the Truth About Abs program. I use it myself and it’s great. In fact, I get a better workout following what I learned from it in half the time I used to spend in the gym before I got it. To put it plainly, Truth About Abs does work.
